I tried to go to this restaurant for my birthday celebration with my mom and kids. When we arrived, a gentleman at the door informed us that they were fully booked and had no available tables. However, I noticed there was an empty table for four. I asked him about it, and he said he would check with his brother. When he returned, he told us that we couldn't sit there. It was really disappointing because we were looking forward to it. Ultimately, they turned us away, and I don’t think I’ll be trying to go back. There’s also a sign indicating a 90-minute time limit. The ambiance seemed casual, but I can't comment on the food since we didn’t get to eat there.
However, this visit felt different. There is now a 90-minute time limit, which is understandable. Reservations are recommended, but they kindly accommodated us since we were the first customers at 5 PM. They don't offer takeout, but they did allow me to add a to-go order to my meal. I noticed there is a service charge for credit card payments and an extra fee for additional bags. It seems these measures help them navigate today’s economy and staffing shortages. On a positive note, our waitress was truly a rockstar! She was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and had an in-depth knowledge of the menu. Overall, Tadashi's remains a solid restaurant choice.

We had another wonderful Teishoku lunch at one of our favorite Japanese restaurants, Tadashi. It's a charming little neighborhood spot with a cozy sushi bar and a limited number of simple tables and chairs. What truly stands out at Tadashi is the fantastic, authentic Japanese cuisine! Everything is incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. Oishi! That's our goal! The owners of Tadashi are very friendly and welcoming as well. Réservez une table maintenant
