I tried this chain because of the high ratings I found here, but it hasn't met those expectations yet. I expected a little more quality in the food for the prices. At least the service is super nice there, but we've been a few times now and they got ourboba order wrong 2/3 times. They are still tasty, so we don't bring them back. They are very sweet though, so I would recommendasking for 50% sweetness.
Love it! Just want for the first time and got the salmon poke bowl and taro zang zang special with pearls. Very happy! Going to keep coming back and trying different things. The teas are the perfect amount of sweetness, not too much at all. Going to askfor extra spicy mayo next time for the poke bowl. Whole menu looks excellent!
Used to be a great place to order from, but twice now they've taken close to an hour to get my order ready. They also keep forgetting to add things to my rice bowl that I requested. Their new packaging is also terrible and not great for delivery. Sad but won't be reordering.
We visited out of curiosity and were thrilled with our experience. The milkshakes were especially delicious, and the bubble drinks with tapioca at the bottom were absolutely fantastic. This place is great. It's very aesthetically pleasing inside, they have a lot of food choices, and it's very customizable. I got a rice bowl and was able to completely customize everything in it. It was super delicious and the bubble tea is incredible
Excellent bubble tea and smoothies. I ordered a salad and my wife ordered a ramen bowl. Fresh ingredients, prepared quickly, very flavorful. This location has more seating than other locations I've been to.
Great selection of bubble teas. You place your order at a kiosk near the entrance, and they will call your number when your order is ready.
