Tai Pan by Secret Kitchen

This was the first time I came across a 'Steam Pot' Chinese cuisine. Tai Pan by Secret Kitchen is one of the franchised restaurants under Secret Kitchen group which renowned for its good quality in food.We went on Sunday night for dinner. The venue was almost the same as its previously owned by Tai Pan Chinese Restaurant and been bought over by Secret Kitchen since Oct 2016. It has been least renovated or updated, almost the same as before.Their specialty is 'steam pot' which considered very healthy, all ingredients are in their original taste, no added any seasoning. Mainly we had to order a soup base in the steam pot and chose different varieties of food to put on top of the soup to steam...

I had a decent lunch at Tai Pan by Secret Kitchen. The seafood noodles were average, nothing special. The braised noodles with Char Siew had good flavor, but there was very little Char Siew in it, even though it was shredded.
