I tried Tai Wu for the first time and enjoyed the Sautéed Prawns Scallops, although I think it would have been better served in a box with trimmed corners to keep the snow peas crisp (mine quickly turned soggy). The Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli with Dried Shrimp and Pork was flavorful, with the dried shrimps adding a concentrated shrimpy taste that I enjoyed. The noodles were also cooked well, not too dry. The B.B.Q Pork was tasty and not too fatty, while the Salt Pepper Chicken Wings had a unique external crust that I liked. I plan to return to try more dishes and would recommend this restaurant to others.
