Exactly two years since i ve had my first Coffee here. Things have changed, and my perception about Taillens too. First, it is an excelent Coffee Shop, with very attentive personal and good products that could satisfy anyone s tastes.Me, i prefer Taillens in Montana,...due to the location, and I find the personal very kind, it s really a pleasure to have my first Coffee here, and the Paillasse and Balance are my favorite products so far. Plus, the Red Batons of black chocolate help me through the diets i always start, but never get to finish. Taillens have a couple of outlets in Crans Montana. My favorite is the one in front of Coop Supermarket. Although their menu is quite limited but there's no limitation to the quality. I liked the club sandwich, Focaccia sandwich (tomato and mozzarella cheeses), pizza. Coffee...is good too, and they are willing to customize according to your taste. (i like more milk in my coffee). Their blue berry tart is of decent size and tastes so yumm! Well, i didn't really enjoy the Orange is the new black beverage (which is nothing but a plain orange juice). The seating is cozy and ample here, including the one on the terrace and one outside the outlet. Students from Les Roches College get 10% discount.
We were in Crans for two days and visited this bakery scheme as we love bakery and they are definitely the best in town. We tried croissants, caracol, nuts snails, vanilla ear, lemon and ginger croissant, blueberry, lemon tart and their eclair. The pastries were not as good as the other baked goods in our opinion, but in any case their offers are large and quite expensive. If you like candy, this is surely a place you need to check.
All the ingredients inside are really not good from the roast-beef sandwich to the veggie one. Always dry bread !!!! Unfortunately taillens was better quality in the 90’s. Beautiful and bright covered veranda in the heart of Crans Montana. Good selection of dishes at any time at the bar and also at their bakery: they really have everything, from small pizzas to delicious croissants or bread. Enjoy your food on the terrace with... beautiful view.
