Taiwan Noodle - Réservation de table

I love Asian cuisines so I was super excited to discover this spot when visiting Albany. My husband and I shared: Sticky Rice Shu Mai Pork Belly Buns Egg Custard Bun Steamed Pork Soup Dumpling Spicy Wonton Stewed Beef Chuck I really lovedeverything. It was great to try a variety of smaller dishes. The thing that stood out the most above the others for me was theSticky Rice Shu Mai. I love sticky rice and I've had Shu Mai before, but I've never had a Sticky Rice Shu Mai before and it wasgreat! We got takeout and everything held up very well.

This is the most authentic place in Albany to eat. The Shumai was made on premises. Pork belly bun was amazing. Ma Po Tofu was the best I've had in the Capital District, which reminded me of Hong Kong. Pork wonton soup with rice noodles was so deep. Order the homemade scallion pancakes to get you going. What a gem in hiding.

OMG the first authentic Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in the city or surrounding area. This is not typical Chinese takeout. This is really delicious. I’ve been thinking about it ever since I went two days ago. I will be back very soon. It’s not fancy and it’s not expensive and for what it is the atmosphere is perfect.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We tried their noodles and a rice bowl, which ranged from $11 to $15. The steam meat rice dish was large and tasty, enough to feed two small eaters. The noodles were perfect for a cold, rainy day, and the soup dumplings were also enjoyable. The soup dumplings, shrimp shumai, and black tea were all excellent. As a first-time diner here, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The broth was good but it was basically a 16 dollar bowl of noodles. More veggies and a few more pieces of meat would go a long way.
