This is an amazing restaurant with authentic food. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never been let down. The staff is friendly and attentive, they never rush you out, even at closing time. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable, making this Indian restaurant a hidden gem. Plus, being able to bring your own alcohol makes it an affordable evening out.

I have been to Taj a few times now and I highly recommend this restaurant. You certainly won't be disappointed. The food is DELICIOUS with a very nice selection, the staff very friendly. This is my to go place now especially if I have friends coming to visit. Really lovely atmosphere on top of that! Looking forward to another nice evening there!

the most amazing eating in london! my recommendations: curry: masala curry tastes fresh because they have a natural recipe (in contrast to other shops that use lasts of oil and sugar! nan: garlauch and chili nan starter: tadsch mixed plate warning: once they have tried taj, they cannot go back to other Indians. reasonable price!

We have been dining here for years now and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more. Food is top quality and the customer service is 10 out of 10. Great hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. When we think about celebrations, Taj is always our first option and it never disappoints.

omg! the momos, they were the most tasty momos I had since I came to london. also the Indian food here is like india. otherwise the other Indian sites are simply disappointing. mango chutney what fab my only regret is it order online, I missed the momos steam hot!

The restaurant is quiet and cozy, and the meal was homely and generous. We ordered chicken Tikka biryani and shashlik chicken with mushroom rice. We got fresh complementary raita and plates were around 10£. Prime spot, will come back again.

Nobody in when a group of us arrived at 9pm on a Friday night which appeared to be a worry. We needn't have. The food was absolutely fantastic. The service was great, and 10 happy customers. A great find. Would happily recommend.

amazing eating, good service. byob and the price were fair. butter huh with a side of chopped chilis, Pilau rice and a peshawari for £14.
