Takeshi Sushi Bar

Chef Yan Azevedo was born at the town of Arraial d'Ajuda but at the age of 18 started travelling the world, learning about gastronomy and different techniques that are now used in his restaurant. Having worked as a Sushiman at the beach club Ocean Beach Ibiza for 3 years, he combines the tradition of the Japanese gastronomy with the sophistication of the european haute cuisine, as well as hints of the charming lifestyle from Bahia's coast. Highly recommended!!

Unbelievable. You would never expect to find such a refined sushi place in a small town in Bahia, but SushiYang has everything. Gentle staff and the best food. Very recommended.
