Yes, the food is exquisite and the views from high above this historic town are awesome but that's where it stops. Customer service is seriously lacking here and for all that this restaurant is food wise it lacks the same in nearly every other aspect. Again, I have to reiterate that the food is exceptional, but everyone already knows that and should expect that with a Michelin rated restaurant. My issue is that, as a local, I should be able to walk in on a week night and 9:30 pm and receive a warm welcome and at least an offer of a drink. You probably need reservations especially on weekends. Lunch can be their tasting menu which is very, very good and not expensive. Venison and wild boar are in season and they do both well. If its warm enough (as it was last weekend) there is a small outside part. .

Excellent food and so many unique flavors. Views are spectacular. Presentation is 5 star Michelin. It is eating like royalty.
