It's been a long time and everytime I take a bite into the egg potato bacon special, it's like I'm tasting it for the first time, every time. The special sauce is just so delicious, it's everything you could ask for in a burrito. They ran out of red tamales before 9:00 in the morning!!! How is a place that is based on tamales run out of damn tamales!!! Was really disappointed and had a work function planned around them. Will not be going back to this location ever, the person at the register was extremely rude and when I asked how they could possibly be out of tamales at 9:00 in the morning got no response and then was asked to step aside if I didn't know what I wanted instead!! Awful customer service and really bad planning on their part. They should have known if they had large orders the day before and planned accordingly, so as not to run out of tamales at TAMALE KITCHEN!!Parking: Really hard to get to the restau...
I like their tamales. It’s really the best place to go in the area.I recently tried the breakfast burrito for the first time. I ordered the bacon, egg, potato with sausage and “special”. It was really tasty but I was disappointed by small amount of egg. They may as well just not mentioned it as an ingredient. It’s really more of a potato burrito. I could also barely notice the Chile and cheese added with the “special” option. It was also not spicy at all. Maybe it was just a bad burrito day for some reason. I’ll give it another chance but based on my recent experience I would say you can do much better at Santiago’s.
Such mixed feelings about this place. I love their breakfast burritos but anything else on the menu is like a wild card. My experience with the Tacos al Carbon has been so inconsistent, for my order today it didn 't include the guacamole which is part of it. On previous times I received the guacamole but it was watered down and seemed out of date. I order the tacos al carbon once a year thinking 'maybe this time will be different ' but it isn 't. I 'll just stick with the breakfast burritos, at least those are consistent.

Tried calling multiple times to make a large order for Super Bowl but no one answered for two days and all Sunday morning. Drove over there today to order told me they could give me frozen ones only. Come on guys customer service is super easy especially if we try to make it easy and respectful foryou to do business.
I absolutely love Tamale Kitchen. I typically go every Wednesday for lunch. It's a friendly environment. Quick service and really good food. I'm a huge fan of the red chili. I'll keep coming back.
Sometimes the burritos are small and not worth the price. Today was one of those days. When burritos are good size, 5 stars. Please be consistent so I can be as happy as possible hahaService: 2/5
This is the typical franchise fast casual. Much of the food is brought in from a commissary kitchen and good flavor but questionably held without refrigeration or heat.

Go to breakfast burrito spot. Everything else is hit and miss. Guac is a hard pass. But the green chile in the breakfast burritos is what keeps me coming back
I wish the prices would drop but that’s everywhere— the food is of great quality here, and the people do their best with long lines when they happen.
