We have total confidence in the care supplied by the Home.The staff have always shown kindness, sensitivity and respect to both my dad's and our families needs. When there has been ‘concerns’ regarding his health, the staff have always acted swiftly to address and resolve these concerns and as a family we have always been fully informed from the outset. During my father's final week, they went above and beyond to support him while he stayed in the room next to my mother until he passed away peacefully. The entire team made that difficult situation much more manageable for me. While I know that all care homes can face their share of issues and that there are often distressing stories, I can personally say that we are very comfortable knowing that my mother is well cared for and that her best interests are always a priority.

My grandfather has recently been moved from the hospital to Sneyd at Bradwell, and I can't praise the staff enough! They are absolutely wonderful—always willing to chat with family members and providing comfort on tougher days. The care my grandfather receives is exceptional, with a friendly staff member always available to assist him and going above and beyond to help. He is consistently well-groomed, with fresh clothes and clean bedding. The food looks fantastic, with generous portions and even second helpings available upon request. My mum had been in the care system since 2013 due to Dementia and after a few bad experiences in a previous care home, and an admission to hospital, my mum was moved to Bradwell Hall November 2018. I couldn't believe the difference between to two homes. All the staff at Bradwell were professional, very friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble and I was always kept informed of my mum's condition. Sadly my mum passed away but I can not thank the management and staff on the Keele Unit enough for the way the they saw to my mum's needs and even looked after me and family members at such a distressing time.

My Dad Ernie was admitted to Bradwell Hall last week. I was so worried because I had worked in nursing homes myself and Knew some staff I had worked with were not like myself, careing. I can not praise the staff and care enough. All staff go out of their way to make sure each individual is looked and cared for in EVERY way.The food is excellent and to put it in a few words....it's more like a hotel. THANK YOU all. I've been working here for two years now, and I genuinely love my job. The Bradwell Hall group is family-owned, and we all feel like part of an extended family. I feel valued and appreciated. The staff really care about the residents. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and dedication—these stars are for all of you!
I want to express my gratitude to the staff and the chef for the wonderful dinner we enjoyed last night. The satay sticks were fantastic! We have a large family, so please inform us if you have the $1 special on the satay sticks again— we would love to bring everyone!
