Unfortunately disappointed today...the kitchen was excellent, but unfortunately the service was not! When we stood in front of the door at 5:50 p.m., the door wasn't even held open for us at 6 p.m. (when the restaurant opened). Just put the key in, turn it and run away, even though we had been seen for a long time. The service was unmotivated and very slow. Unfortunately, in the catering industry, you just have to cover up bad days if you're not feeling well. What a shame for such a good restaurant!
Food was good. Service at best mediocre. On a bill of over CHF 1,000, the tap water was charged at CHF 6 (despite wine consumption). That doesn't work. I communicated this to Mr. Tanaka by email. No response received. That fits with the impression I got that evening. A pity.
