Service was horrible. It was so slow and the waiter and manger were very unfriendly. The manager kept yelling at the server and it was an uncomfortable experience for my family of four. After the food, which was very costly and only the sag paneer was great, we headed off to the washrooms. They were unusable, **** all over the toilet and floor, trash spilling out, and very stinky so went off to the grocery store washroom to use theirs. We wouldn’t suggest this place, we love Indian food, so perhaps other places are better.
Our party consisted of three, and our order spanned Chat, Samosa, Lamb Biryani, Lamb Karai, Butter Chicken, and Naan. I found the food's quality to be quite impressive, complemented by attentive service. Admittedly, the prices leaned towards the higher side, but that's par for the course in Switzerland. The restaurant's location also added to the overall experience. Post-meal, we opted for milk tea, which they brought from nearby restaurant. The tea managed to hit the spot, wrapping up our dining experience quite nicely.
A decent Indian restaurant in Interlaken. If you are walking past the restaurant be prepared to be approached by the staff to lure you into the restaurant. Ofcourse the folks are friendly and good to talk to, they don’t really pressure you. Doesn’t have a wow factor, nothing memorable, decent average food. They have a large seating area outdoor as well as indoors. Service is slow, once they get you and serve you the food they are pretty much chasing other potential customers.
We tried 2 dishes. Butter chicken was 6/10. It had a weird sweetness that was off putting. Chicken biryani was 1/10. Never had such a bland biryani before. They used the same chicken tika from butter chicken on the biryani and the raita smelled old. Way overpriced. Won't return and won't recommend. Service: Dine in

Thanks to Mr. Irfan, he is very helpful and kind and the food is delicious. May God give him good health. We ordered tandoori chicken breasts from him more than once, and butter chicken.
This place offers excellent food and a super friendly and helpful staff. A must if you are in the Interlaken area.
