The food at Tandoori Time is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the chef is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! Isha Chaudhary served me the food she is so nice as she made an eye contact, smiling, being polite, pulling out the chairs for customers , listening, and putting my interests before her own. So , I highly recommend this place.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. The woman answering the phones is rude and lacks basic manners when speaking to customers. It is consistently disappointing. It is puzzling why they decided to open a store if they can't act professionally. The atmosphere in the restaurant is chaotic. To make matters worse, she hung up the phone mid-conversation. This establishment should shut down soon as they are not utilizing the space effectively.
A really good place to have Indian/Pakistan food. The dishes are really tasty.I prefer going here at night for the cozy feel. The food is also reasonably priced. The staffs are really friendly and caring. Especially my sever for the day isha who was really welcoming with a smile, she took time to take me through the menu and asked me what I felt like eating for the day and suggested me dishes accordingly.
First time at this place. Jasmeet (Jessica) was amazing from the time we came to the restaurant. She checked in regularly to make sure if we were happy and if we needed anything else to make our experience nicer.The food was not as expected. The daal seemed to be one day old, the chicken was extremely oily, but the Aloo nan was just amazing. Réservez une table maintenant
Isha was incredible and most helpful. She recommended a certain shared platter which was an excellent choice. The food was so tasty and very generous portions. It was a pleasure being served by Isha and we will certainly be recommending this authentic restaurant to friends and family who visit Toronto. So glad we tried Tandoori Time.
The ambience of this place is really really good it was totally worth it. The server “Hanin” was very friendly and the service provided by her was fantastic. Overall the place was good I really appreciate all the staffs and members of the place for such an amazing food and service. Highly recommended.
I have visited this restaurant numerous times over the years. The food is excellent and always consistent. The service has always been outstanding, and today was no exception. Hanine was especially kind and helpful with our order. She consistently checked in on us and was incredibly attentive.
