We decided on the recommendation for the tasting menu with 9 courses. 1. Unfortunately the portion sizes were way too big for so many courses. 2-4 courses came at once. Most of them are simply too big, so that in the end you could hardly get anything down. Everything was there to spend a marvelous moment at the Tapas Bar Park Hyatt. The place is beautiful, food and wine was wonderful and The waiters were fully dedicated to us. I had the feeling I was dining at a Restaurant étoilé, for the quality of service and attention. A big Thank you to the team that made us spend a wonderful dinner. The restaurant serves Tapas from different regions of Spain. All of them had the Chef’s touch and were delicious. My favorite were Madrid’s croquetas and also the Cheesecake ! Fantástico lugar, el trato fue excelente y las tapas exquisitas! Muy muy recomendable, asequible económicamente para poder disfrutar de esa mezcla de sabores y olores, realmente nos ha encantado! Se nota mucho el cuidado, profesionalidad y la dedicación en la cocina. Enhorabuena por haber montado algo así, la verdad que hacía falta en la zona.
Fuimos a cenar a tapas y fue una experiencia maravillosa. cada uno de los platos que probamos eran increíbles, no faltaba detalle. el zurdo con trufa parecía excepcional, y el último calado es completamente equilibrado y visualmente precioso. ¡Tengo que hacer una mención especial de Josemi y así chicos! ¡Repetiremos 100 por mil!

Fuimos a cenar y fue todo un placer, buen servicio, lugar muy tranquilo, impensable en mallorca en estas fechas, y personal muy atento y servicial. Volveremos porque nos dijeron que cambiarán la carta.
Luegar espectacular y personal agradable. La única pequeña pega esque nos trajeron los platos todos a la vez y algunas cosas se nos enfriaron, x lo demás todo genial!
