I ordered a medium-well burger, but when I cut into it, it was completely raw—cold to the touch, in fact. When I asked the waitress to remove it from the bill and offered to pay for my side, she responded that she couldn’t do that until she spoke to someone else and then questioned, “How did you ask for it to be cooked?” as if it were my fault.
After waiting another 10 minutes without any response, I finally got up and asked for the check. We have an 8-month-old and a 4-year-old who were growing restless. We ended up paying and leaving. This place is great. The food is great. The service was great. I normally give five Stars when I get really good everything but this place should be six stars. The portion sizes are very good the food is delicious and they have their own list of craft beers to try.Something neat they have are soup flights so you can sample 3 different kinds.This is a must stop if you are in the area. This is a restaurant I found just driving past but I will be going back many more times.Thank you for my great dining experience.
In town from NC for a wedding and needed a good meal after a long drive. Tap It was close by, so we figured, WHY NOT?!?! I'm so glad we did. Stephanie was great and when my husband said light ice, Stephanie laughed and asked if 15 cubes would do, I said, Make it 11 and she put exactly 11 ice cubes in my husband's drink! Sweet and hot wings were DELICIOUS and quite large! Chicken parm and garlic bread were incredible! Thank you Tap It for a great experience!
This was my first visit, and I was impressed by the excellent selection of draft beers and reasonably priced menu options. The food was delicious and served in generous portions; the house-made corned beef in the Reuben was outstanding! While the dining room was a bit noisy, it had a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Beth, truly stood out with her great sense of humor—she had us laughing all evening! We can’t wait to return soon!

If you visit on the weekends, be sure to ask for the waitress Beth. She is truly fantastic! Her energy is a perfect 10/10, and her service is equally impressive at 10/10. I absolutely adore her as a waitress!
I would have given this place 5 stars if their bathroom was handicapped accessible.
