Unfortunately, we will not be coming back to El Agave after years of being loyal customers. They messed up our order twice in a row, and during our recent visit, they argued with us and made us pay again for the corrected order. They even tried to take payment for the original incorrect order despite us already paying for both. We have never been so frustrated after leaving a restaurant in a long time.
I used to love this place.... I got a pork taco and enchilada, the pork was dry and the sauce was on the canned side. My BF got a wet pork burrito and it was Mostly bland rice and beans... Maybe two tablespoons of the same dried pork I had. And where is that salsa bar! I was so excited to hit this place up again and I was so let down. Come back to us you delicious food I once loved so much!!!
The hosts are friendly and welcoming. However, the food is lacking in flavor. The quantity of salsa provided is also very small, especially for a restaurant that serves Mexican cuisine.
Been here many times the food has gone down hill. The prices are very high considering what you actually get. I doubt I'll be returning Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent burrito. Ideal for a pre or post mountain excursion. Reminiscent of the flavors you would find in San Francisco.
Great food. Always stop here for lunch driving to Yosemite. Restrooms and nearby supermarket
