Taqueria Guadalajara

There is a reason why this restaurant is constantly chosen one of the best in Madison. It is a mere bone hole in the wall place with a space in the back for larger parties, but it is the real deal an authentic Mexican joint, the type of place you'll find in Texas, not Americanized and all on their menu is excellent. My favorite taco place by far.

One of my favorite restaurants in Madison. Their steak chimichanga is to die for. Best I’ve ever had. Tamales, quesadillas, tacos, horchata. Everything is delicious! Great salsa, guacamole, and chips as well. Awesome soups. I haven’t had anything I don’t like. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

It's been here since dinner, but it wasn't disappointed. We went with a small brunch with Huevos a la Mexicana, Pollo en Mole and Platillo mi Rancho. Delicious.

Awesome place! Very simple, their home made chips are the best. There are not many places that serve menudo but here they do it on weekends, and it's amazing!

I wanted to really like this place, but the food was very bland and the steak had no flavor and the pork no flavor and lots of fat. They do serve beer!
