A little disappointed tonight with my order. I?ve ordered the same thing three times recently and received three very different things. Photo of two items shows the size of the burrito I?ve gotten 2/3 of the times I?ve ordered once with rice beans andonce without and burrito was same size $3 price difference). Tonight I got the smaller burrito that could barely be called aburrito! More like the size of a soft taco, soggy tortilla. Overall taste was similar but not nearly the value I?ve receivedbefore and I paid the higher price for it. More consistency in what you order and receive would be appreciated! Great food, great atmosphere! I went with some friends on a snow day and the food was delicious! The chips and salsas were great and I ordered a plate of tamales and couldn't eat it all. The portions are shareable. I got to try the spicy shrimp tacos and while they were HOT they were also super flavorful. I also tried a spoonful of the beef consomme and it was very rich and stew-like. We got the flan for dessert and it was more like a cheesecake and just as good if not better than the flan I'm used to. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Friendly
Usually this place is good but this time when i went to go pickup my to go order, the staff were standing around on their phones. one of the employees told them i was there for pickup and they were too busy with whatever they were doing and didn?thear her so i proceeded to wait until she had to tell them again. also don?t know what?s going on behind the kitchen but todaywas an off day for them. this is suppose to be a cheese quesadilla and i just have no idea what it is. burnt cheese and tortilla
Ordered three entrees and two sides. Got home to discover that one entree was missing. There was no one in the restaurant except me when my order was being bagged. Tried to call but no one answered. When I returned, the server who took my order ?found? the20 plus minute old quesadilla. A small apology was given, but the whole experience definitely means I won?t be returning.Disappointing as the food is better than most places in the area, but multiple bad service experiences can?t be overlooked.
