I ordered tacos, rice and beans, chips and churros from their official website. I had my husband pick up the order as he works in the area. They assured him everything was in the bag that was stapled up. (I should?ve told him to check anyway) He got all the way home to find they didn?t give the rice and beans. I called to let them know and girl answered the phone said she will speak to the manager and refund me. Yeah OK! Not only that, they didn?t even proved the sauce for the tacos! Sigh. My husband had to run back out to a local restaurant to get rice and beans and taco sauce?.. cause who wants to eat dry tacos, right? Disappointed by the lack of customer service.
The customer service was disappointing, and there weren't enough staff in the kitchen, which caused significant delays in orders. Many patrons have left because the wait time exceeded 30 minutes. Additionally, the girl at the counter wasn't very helpful. For those who aren't used to spicy food, the pico de gallo is quite hot. The cook does a decent job, but the owner or manager should consider hiring more staff to improve the overall experience.
I ordered taco combos through DoorDash from this restaurant. The tacos were fresh and made with high-quality ingredients, and the food was delicious overall. However, the chicken lacked seasoning, though it was moist and not dry. Additionally, the packaging could have been better because when the food arrived, it was a bit of a mess, which made it less appetizing. Nevertheless, the food tasted great!
This restaurant is very clean and well-decorated. The shrimp street tacos were tasty, while the chicken burrito was just average. The queso didn't stand out much. However, the churros were fantastic! I would definitely return just for the churros. The service was prompt and attentive. Although there was a language barrier that made ordering somewhat challenging, we managed to get by.

Order one of my favorite places! I love that pineapple is an article that can be contained in just over any dish. It always makes the tacos, burritos, Quesadillas, etc. so delicious! Her Guac and Pico are also great. I haven't had a bad dish yet! I would like to see Elote on the menu in the future;
Bad Mexican food I've ever eaten! Quesadillas were soggy tortillas with a ton of cheese, and hardly a spicy chicken, that was 'not spicy at all. Chips and Queso were even worse if this is possible! Stale chips and absolutely cheap, disgusting queso!!
Disappointed with the nachos, by the time they get delivered they are huge pile of delicious toppings on a pile of rubbery soggy nachos. Suggestion would be to put them separate or maybe in a tin . Other then that the food is generally very good .
Very satisfied with our yesterday. So Burritos should be done! Loved the tortilla and although the SPICY Burrito said so, it wasn't even, but it was still delicious. Definitely order this point again!
