Taqueria Monterrey

Ordered the three tacos with rice and beans and 2 breakfast tacos. My first time to this one in awhile since I was picking up packages. And of course I was missing an item. I tried calling them before going and no one answered. Voicemail was full. Went back and told them the error. The guy was going to help me but he just answered the phone. Then the girl that was working there asked me what I needed. I told her I was just there and my order. I thought for sure it was the same girl that handed me my food. Asked me if I had my receipt, my fault I left it in my car seat. Started to go out and they were able to find my order from the cash register. They apologized but I'll probably stick with the other one. It's inconvenient having to go to that location because of the traffic and almost got hit by a car for a taco.

An excellent Sunday evening meal: taco plate, asada, barbacoa, onions, cilantro, beans, rice, and salsa verde. Lime, roasted onions, roasted jalapeno, half roasted mini potato on the side. Hot and tasteful. One of the best Salsa Verdes. Drink pineapple to balance the spicy roasted jalapeno. Be sure to appreciate the staff and they will take care of you!

Ordered through Door Dash. They left off the sides for 2 of my 4 entrees. I had most of the sides at home already and did not want to waste to call and get the run around and have to drive back there to pick up. Lesson learned got to check your orders with this place. So be careful with them.

I was happy with the price of my Barbacoa tacos 5 for $13.00. But, the barbacoa was very dry. pretty disappointing, didn't finish even 2 tacos.
