Taqueria Roberto Mexican Food

Taqueria Roberto is my go-to for Mexican food in the newer/Lincoln side of Rocklin. The restaurant is literally as clean as can be. You order at the counter and take your number over to a table. Servers are friendly and the food comes up fast. There is a great salsa and chips bar which comes with your meals and is self-serve. The prices are fair for the area and portion size. The food itself was great. It food itself is fairly authentic in flavor and offering, which is hard to find here. This restaurant is great. Service is good. Best Mexican food in Rocklin!My favorites: carne asada torta, and $9 burrito ?. Enchiladas popular. Beans are tasty. Their salsa bar is excellent. Chips are too!They have a large TV to watch sport games and mostly Mexican beers in bottles to purchase. Dine in and enjoy! They also have a to go line and are efficient on getting customers food quickly and have decent prices. Bathrooms are clean and shiny. Today we ordered the Alambres plate Molcajete bowl….. SO MUCH FLAVOR FOOD!!!! Definitely each on their own is meant to share!!!! We now have breakfast covered for tomorrow…. Lol…..I wish they had pictures of all of their food, maybe we would have been braver to try new things sooner! Definitely best meal here yet!!! (I had to take two pictures of the Molcajete simply because I couldn’t get it all in one photo ?

This place was terrible everyone got food at different times. My daughter ordered fish and it had hair in it and she waited over 40 mins. Others who came in after us got their food before we got all of ours. The beans look orange not brown. The food was made cheaply and it was disgusting and it was expensive. I had lunch with my family, and there were eight of us. We placed our orders, and the hot food arrived quickly. The waiter was friendly, and everything we ordered was accurate and delicious. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. Food: 5/5.

The place is clean. The service is good. I ordered a fish burrito Bowl. It was a bit salty and hard to find the fish very little fish. I might go back and try something else, but no fish burrito Bowl here for me.Food: 3/5
