Apparently, they only have one person on the entire staff who can fix orders they 've messed up... Finally, had a day free to try and have them make it right, like they said they wanted to do via voicemail and email. I couldn 't get anyone on the phone ahead of time to call ahead. Went in (I live far away), thinking surely it 's not going to be a problem, and they refused to fix my order because they had no one on staff who could handle that ? The one person is in the hospital, so now how am I going to look pushing them to bother someone in the hospital to get my order fixed.. now I apparently have to drive back a third time... yeah, idk just go to another location, tbh because this is so un...
This Taco Bell does not offer senior discounts like other locations, and the staff is quite rude to customers. One employee claimed to have prepared the food early in the morning, but I received it in the afternoon and it tasted off, almost rotten. I wouldn't recommend this place. However, there is an excellent Taco Bell with friendly staff in Cameron Park!
Taco Bell used to be one of my go-to fast food spots, but I won’t be returning. The Mexican Pizza was disappointing, they don’t offer a senior discount, the staff was rude, there was no salt available, and my small drink came with a lid that didn’t even fit. Overall, a frustrating experience.
I waited 30 minutes for them to remake my order because they lost it, and everyone else in the restaurant was complaining as well. This place is a joke. I could have made it myself much faster.
