I really enjoy ordering from this restaurant because their food is fantastic. However, I've had a frustrating experience with the woman who answers the phone. This time, I opted to place my order online through their website. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, and she called me, yelling, “Who pays $8.00 for a sandwich?” I replied that that was the price listed on their website. I've been a regular at this restaurant since moving to Waltham, and I've always been pleased with the food. However, tonight I ordered my usual—a large Italian sub and a side of chicken wings—and both items were significantly smaller than they usually are. While I did receive the standard six wings, they seemed like they came from baby chickens because they were tiny. The Italian sub was also much smaller than usual. I'm not sure if I was accidentally given a smaller size, but I was quite disappointed with the portion sizes compared to what I've received in the past. I go to this place because it's close to where I live. I get the same thing every time but the price is always different. The last time I paid 23 dollars for a large sub and a soda which took 45 minutes. People that just walked in got served faster. Terrible service
