Really very disappointing evening visit. Arrived around 9. Pho soup left a lot to be desired. The meat was undercooked and very pale in color, which is unusual for beef. Chicken skewers were also not well grilled. After it was pointed out that the soup was not edible because of the meat, this was simply denied and pointed out that it had to be that way. So we waited for the main course. This one was missing the corn and had champions that weren't mentioned in the card. The sirloin steak was also not enjoyable and was very light in color. We also mentioned this and all we said was that it was like that, otherwise it would be too hard. But anyone who eats beef often now knows the differences....
