Extremely friendly staff. We arrived without a reservation. Although busy we was assured a place would be found. We needed outside as there is a small step into the restaurant my husband couldn't manage. Still no problem and a table was sorted outside on the terrace. I am a regular curry diner, so was excited to try this restaurant that had mixed reviews. The service was impeccable!!. Starter of onion bhaji...we ordered 1 serving each and was told they are big!!!. So we went for 1 serving which was 2 very large, original style bharji.....fabulous!! We visited last night for a family of nine, it was for my in laws 70th. Service was brilliant and helpful. I would give this a 4.5 but it doesn’t allow. The food was very nice although the masala wasn’t as flavourable as all the other dish’s. Naans are big, rice is big, chips are tiny portions. Everything else was large portions. Indian restaurant very good and at good price. we loved: papado, samosas, chicken tikka masala, rice pilau and coconut bread. we will return safely.

A really excellent meal. Full of flavours each of the dishes was so tasty. Reasonably priced too. I can thoroughly recommend.
