I was actually in the plaza hoping to get some pizza when I saw the Roman Candle at that location was closed, so I thought why not try some Indian food since this place was right there. So points for location, not quite downtown, but not too out of the way. Now, I'm not big into Indian food, so this felt like a leap of faith here. There was no indoor dining, which was fine (these are the times, ya know), they have a big menu and they took my order pretty quickly and gave me an accurate wait time. On the night of the event, there was a hiccup when my accounting team couldn't locate the receipt and needed an itemized version. I reached out to the restaurant again through their online form, and they promptly responded with an email containing photos of the detailed invoice. Although I couldn't attend the event to taste the food myself, everyone raved about it, and the customer service was truly exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, demonstrating a level of attentiveness that was impressive. I highly recommend them for catering—10 out of 10!

One of the best Indian restaurants in Madison! Buffet is always hot and full, with food rotating on a daily basis. Great price for lunch buffet. Service is excellent, super nice servers. Drinks are always refilled on time. Love the samoosas, naan, tikka masala, goat curry, and biryani rice. Everything taste great! Try the fried naan! Mango ice cream is pretty good, creamy and smooth. Try the mango milkshake. They offer dinner specials. The menu includes northern and southern Indian plates. Also, they have some beers from India.
We've been coming to Taste of India for about a year and a half now, and their food is always fantastic. Dimpi is always so nice, and at this point I think I could just call and say my name and she'd know the order. We've never had a miss from here;their food is incredibly consistent, no matter how many times we come. I've had recommendations for other Indian restaurants,but it's just not worth trying something new when I know things from here will be perfect!

I'm usually hesitant about Indian food because it can be hard to find a place that does it well, but I was pleasantly surprised by Taste of India! The Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent, and the large Samosas were fantastic too! As a big guy, those really filled me up! Great job, everyone! I'm a very satisfied customer!
The staff was incredibly accommodating on short notice for a group of 12. The ambiance was lovely as well. The food was outstanding, and everyone was absolutely thrilled.
I really enjoy this restaurant. The service was excellent. If you ask for spicy, you'll definitely get it! I ordered the goat Biryani, and it was fantastic!
I enjoy every time I come. Delicious butter chicken I get it medium hot. Garlic Naan delicious as well. Looking to try other dishes.
