电话点了带走，火山肥肠面。Ive ordered take away through the phone, a spicy pork intestine noodle soup.回来拿了个碗倒出来，面是细面，肥肠分量也算足。I poured the noodle and the intestine into a bowl of my own, the noodle it thin round noodle and the amount of the intestine is not so bad.肥肠好像是炒的，和洋葱一起炒，有几个焦掉了。The intestine was stir fried with onion, a few was burnt.So far not tooo bad.然后我打开了汤，没有见过香料味这么足的汤，面上浮这一个八角和十多颗花椒，一股超市里最便宜的火锅底料的味道。Until i opened the bowl of soup. i have never, in my lived life so far, seen Any soup of noodles with such a strong smells of spice. Theres even one of the aniseed and a lot more sichuan...
In my experience, when you go to a restaurant, you can generally expect good, average, or standard service. However, tonight was the first time I encountered complete lack of service. I arrived when the restaurant was empty, and the two staff members on duty completely ignored me. They didn’t bring me a menu or take my order, as they seemed uninterested in serving customers. Frustrated, I decided to leave. With this kind of attitude, it won’t be long before they're out of business. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I eat a lot of Chinese food, I love fried rice, dumplings and braised beef, sweet and sour pork and the noodles. This place ticks all the boxes. Plus service is so friendly. I brought my two year old with me for dinner and they were so accomodating and just gave me an overall relaxed atmosphere. Food is amazing!!!! Lychee sweet and sour pork was crazy good. This coming from someone who absolutely hates lychee!!! Servings are big!
If I lived right in front of this restaurant, it wouldn't be a big deal for me to stop by more often for a quick dinner. The braised meat in the soup was tender and well-prepared, but the braised pork still had some hairs on it, which was not very clean.
