Restaurants great. But the first driver listed the order as delivered and they did not or they delivered it to the wrong place and we couldn't find it even though we searched two different places. Thank you for customer service to re-ordered and sent me the correct order which was delivered in the timeline specified to the correct place

Driver left items at wrong lobby even though specific directions were provided. Also asked to make sure to bring straws with the drinks and received order but no straws

I always get same drink and add honey boba inside but the amount of boba isn’t always the same. I wish they always add good amount of boba.
