Tasty Noodle House

Worst experience ever. The place is 5 minutes from my home, and I always wanted to go there. So, couple of months ago I came alone for a dinner and decided to order something to eat at the restaurant and order to-go for the next day. So, I ordered some seafood noodles and two different dumplings. I ate part of noodles at the restaurant and took the rest of food with me. Right after I got home, I understood I got food poisoned. Worst symptoms ever, could not sleep all night. So, I took the rest of food very next day, because I would not want to eat anything else after my sleepless horrible night, came to the restaurant, brought my to-go food and asked for my money back. Always togo here, but the 1st time dining in. You get way more portion by dining in and the service was great! It's not a big place, but they don't rush you like some places. The food was great as usual.Definitely coming back for dine in!My picky eater boys love their mixed fried rice and pork/shrimp chow mein.I love that they have the green onion pancakes. Most places don't have them anymore, so i'm glad i found a place that has good ones nearby.Orange chicken is my favorite! I never tasted orangy orange chicken before. Very good Shanghai cuisine different to Cantonese, Vietnamese and Thai. Good flavors and a varied menu with great options for sharing all dishes. Dine in portions are good.Update 5/28:Chino Hills location staff are not as friendly and I found the food to be good but, portions were a little smaller.Irvine location friendly staff portions and taste of food on point. Make it a point to order different menu items when visiting. The menu selection although the same at all locations is vast and varied to what is out here in other such Asian restaurants.

Visit it during covid, take only.I was not impressed by its food, and the taste was bland, and the portions were awfully small.This time (March 2023), dine in was much better. The food was a lot better.Services=2*, slow and not very attentive to customers. The waiting staff were playing their cell phones. I felt compelled to add my thoughts here... Overall, the food is decent, but the sweet and sour pork was completely inedible. It was mostly bones and gristle, which was very disappointing. The orange chicken is passable, and the hot and sour soup is quite good. However, I would recommend staying away from the pork!

What a fantastic dining experience! The food is truly authentic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The Shanghai soup dumplings are excellent, as are the stir-fried rice cakes with pork and vegetables. I would rate the food a perfect 5/5!

I didn't get to try, cigarette smoke coming from the kitchen, not just a little, more like as if we were at a casino.On the way out I seen cooks smoking directly outside the back kitchen doors with them open.Huge disappoint!

Nice cozy little place, very clean and welcoming. Food was very tasty, came out very quickly. Portion sizes are insane for the price you pay, you get SOOO much food. Service was super friendly. Very good!Food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

Service was nice and fast. Lamb meat were prepared tender and fresh. 熏鱼flavor taste just like in Shanghai and the portion of one noodle was enough for two adults. I would prefer much jucier style 生煎包.Food: 4/5

Pork buns are the star of the show! They come with a delicious little sauce that makes them irresistible. I could easily enjoy ten of them! The Thai fried rice and Shanghai noodles are also quite tasty.
