The management really needs to pay attention to these details. We ended up leaving, which was unfortunate because we've enjoyed our previous visits. Normally, we order several appetizers and drinks, but the service just wasn't acceptable this time. It seems like the management has lost their touch or simply stopped caring. The ownership should consider bringing in new management, as poor service leads to lost revenue and dissatisfied customers who would prefer to spend their money at establishments that provide better customer service. Only writing this review because of the bartender. Last night my bf and I went to grab drinks. I ordered a martini but when it came to me it had a fruit fly in it. We told the waiter and he took it back to be “remade”. My bf went over to the bar shortly after to get another drink, he witnessed the bartender dip his finger in the glass to retrieve the fly and then he poured the same drink into another cup. When confronted by my bf his response was “Sorry, idk what I was thinking”. .NEVER AGAIN.
I spent the weekend in Massachusetts for a hockey tournament and we couldn't resist returning for another meal!
