I have been visiting this restaurant since I moved to Berlin with my wife and I must admit that this is the kind of experience I was literally waiting for! Owners are really inspiring people with enough energy to run the tavern, talk with you and to be amazingly friendly. And now about the food... We found this delightful restaurant after we biked around the Müggel lake on a Friday. Luckily we sat at the last available table in their charming outdoor setting as this eatery is very popular with the locals, make sure to book ahead. We received...an English menu and were perfectly looked after. Serving sizes are generous, so bring an appetite or share plates, as was recommended to us. We had mixed cold entrées (krios meses) and perfectly slow cooked lamb (exochiko). Delicious!
