My LA friend told me this was THE steak house to go to. As a New Yorker, I was looking forward to the experience. My family of 3 plus my LA friend had a 5 o’clock reservation. We ordered the prime rib , steak, burger and steak special. Starters, soup and scallops. PROs ;Service and atmosphere were great . Food was ok. CONs: Hat policy was selectively enforced 24 for 4 scallops. When I asked for bread , I was told that was a separate item and it would cost 7 . 200 for dinner and charge for bread? Not going there again.
Service was excellent however, the food was mid. Portions are small compared to how expensive it was. Gratuity is included already which is excellent, our server was fun and helpful. Food wasn't all that and theres even a dresscode to just eat inside. If you like spending money on mediocre food then eat here :
Old school steakhouse atmosphere. Playing music from the 50 's when we were there. Our server Maria was great, we don 't like helicopter servers who hover.Not inexpensive but worth the treat. Highly recommend this establishment!
We went with a group of 12.The food was good, but not great.Our waiter done a good job and the atmosphere was nice. Kid-friendliness: We had our two children with us and they had a kid's menu with great options.

Quality food, and great customer service, the servers and staff are outstanding and drive the experience upwards. Parking: Very easy to find parking close by.
Decent food! Service is ok, drinks aren’t good and they’re liquor selection isn’t good, especially for a steak house there isn’t a top self. Which is odd.
Great old time atmosphere, red naugahyde furniture and all. All the food was excellent and very good service.
I recommend the surf and turf filet Mignon and lobster , garlic bread is good and mashed potatoes ?

My steak was bland and not hot when it arrived at my table after 20+ minutes wait.
Service can be slow at times but the food is pretty good.
