I have heard that Tbar was really good. I finally had the chance to try it and it was so disappointing. First of all ordering there I had to speak very loudly across the establishment to order my drink. (Due to blocking the door and paying at the door) I do not mind since it is covid time and I can speak loudly, however I can see how it could be intimidating to someone who is soft spoken. I liked the contactless pick-up method! They put it in sweet plastic bags with their name on the door, so when they open the door, they know what order they are! it is so sweet also the boba was super sweet I was surprised how much taste it had! I got the brown suga boba with dalgona, they gave me a lot of boba that many other places do not do (kft and teado charge for more than a creature of boba I believe) and the onigiri were amazing, I ordered both sharp salmon and garnel tempura- easy to be safe, milk on them cuz spicy salmon is hot! I believe it is a franchise tea shop, so I decided to give it a try. The taste was unforgettable and disgusting. The two young employees working there seemed to know how to make tea, but I doubt their skills. It seemed like they just added a lot of brown sugar to cold water. I was in a rush today, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. I do not recommend visiting this tea shop. Trust me, it will ruin your day and give a bad reputation to other franchise shops. It is important to train the employees on how to make tea properly. The customer service was also very poor.
