celebrated my birthday with family on Sunday, 18:00 clock reservation. the restaurant has a modern, modern design, beautiful lighting and quiet ambiente. service was friendly, professional and attentive. eating was great! we started with their delicious warm house made flat brot with butter and oliventampenade. we stopped after two orders so we wouldn't fill on bread! all five of us have decided on the 4-course tasting menu, and we all really enjoyed our whole meal. I ate here a few times before the pandemic and it was underwhelming. The menu was all over the place and I didn't know what kind of restaurant this was trying to be. This time was a much more pleasant experience. The menu is still a little disjointed, but I enjoyed the choices. Everything from foie gras gyoza to scallop risotto to Indian curry. All were very good. Their best value is their tasting menu with a few opportunities to up-sell for the more luxurious items. The setting is really quite lovely, and the service was top notch. Definitely worth a try. Oh, and I saw a really nice private dining room on the way out. Looks like it could fit around 10 people.
Modern and global cuisine in the lotus hotel. We got the 59 dollar per person 4 course set menu, which was good and solid value. The shrimp escargot replaces the slimy texture of snail with a chewy q texture. The flavor was relatively light for escargot, which paired the shrimp better. Our waiter was amazing knowledgeable about every dish, answered all our questions with ease and made great recommendations. The food was amazing beyond amazing my husband said it is the best meal he’s ever eaten!! We did the 4 course menu and I did the wine pairing which I though was great value for money. Highly recommend this restaurant! I wish I’d taken more photos but was so engrossed in the flavors totally forgot but this is our daughters mock tail!

This was an amazing experience. The food is delicious and memorable and the all inclusive 4-5 course meal is very filling. The ambiance is very fancy minimalistic. The chef seemed very enthusiastic and the vibe of the place was very french. They do have very tasty vegetarian options in the meals, which is a huge plus. Wouldn't go there every week as it's expensive as all hell, but great place to celebrate an occasion or a rare date night.
Not a fan. Ordered a 1944 Mai Tai $18), tasted terrible, like I can 't even explain. It had some smell taste that I couldn 't get out of my mouth. The waiter who was pretty great btw) took it back. The bartender says oh, I can fix it. So he did something. Still horrible. The food was okay. A little pretentious for me taste. And the prices really don 't align with the experience.

We were staying at the hotel and had a great dinner here on the last night of our honeymoon. Everything was delicious especially the bento box and scallops. We had a beautiful view of sunset over Diamond Head. It was a lovely restaurant and service. Highly recommend!
