Always friendly and helpful staff. Very recommended! Mrs. Schaal leads the branch extremely competent and friendly. I've been a client for more than 10 years and I've never been disappointed. Ms. Schaal and her team are successfully trying to meet all the wishes. I can recommend the Tchibo branch in Lange Straße in Baden -Baden only!

Small Tchibo branch in the pedestrian area of Baden-Baden. There are the usual deals and of course also coffee and cakes. Also sweet pieces, muffins and cookies. Wanted to eat two cups of coffee and cake. We had asked for a tablet. For this, the older employee had meant that they didn't. She said I could run several times and burn calories. Bad joke. Just undamaged. That's not what's going on.
There should be an urgent training-thema friendliness and respect! The hearty and unfriendly sound of some employees towards customers and colleagues is not at all!
Tchibo-Filiale in a beautiful location. As usual very good coffee, some places to stay and drink coffee inside and outside. Nice employees. It's all right here.
