I really like their Irish Breakfast but they have no customer service. I ordered tea in April. Over the next three months I emailed them and also responded to their emails on the status of my order. No response. First of September I disputed the charge with my credit card company. A week later my credit card company credited the charge. Another week later my tea showed up. I have attempted to email them to return the product and of course I am not able to connect with a person.

Your service has been punctual. The products we have tried are of prime quality. The only regret I have is that I hadn't discovered your company sooner. Keep up the good work, retain customer satisfaction as primary. Much success in your future.

Called and ordered my tea and they were efficient polite. Everything went nice and smooth, and had my tea in a short time. Very professional.
