Ted's - Réservation de table

I hadn't visited since they rebranded as TED's, and I'm so glad I did. The wait staff can truly enhance or detract from your experience, and we had the most outstanding waitress. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. The food was exceptional. We shared a pretzel and a chicken salad sandwich, and I could have happily made a meal just out of the pretzel. It was perfectly crunchy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside—definitely the best I've had in a long time! The chicken salad was also excellent, made to perfection. Plus, they make their own chips. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

My partner and I have always loved dining at Ted's, but our recent experience was less than satisfactory. We noticed that prices have gone up, and the service was disappointing. We sat at the bar with Heather serving us, and all we wanted was something to share. Unfortunately, she seemed frustrated with us, making us feel unwelcome, while with other customers, she was much more lively and friendly. This isn’t the first time we’ve felt treated differently here, likely due to our youthful appearance.

Terrible service and the food was awful. We paid $60 for meals we didn’t even touch. Our waiter never checked on us; we waited 30 minutes just for her to take our order, and then it took another hour to receive our food. After that, we didn’t see her again until she brought the check, as she spent the entire time chatting with another waiter. I will never return and do not recommend this place. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food and service were both exceptional, with great prices and generous portions. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, while my wife chose the Oscar-style lobster burger, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! One slight downside is that the seats could use a bit more padding for added comfort during dining. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

Nice place all remodeled a while back and looks good, bit of a relaxing environment. Not sure about the bacon wrapped deep fried pickles. The Fried shrimp and anduie sausage was good, the gumbo was delicious. The peanut butter and habanero jelly burger is different that's all I can say. The waitress was the worst. She checked on us once and didn’t ask how the food was even when it was clear that our plates were still full. We were unhappy with the food and even more unhappy with the service. Would not recommend or go back again. Everything about our visit was great. We were a part of 12, they were shorthanded and very busy, but in spite of that the service was top notch. And the food...I had the half chicken and it was delicious. Recommend!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
