if I were 0. friend and I walked in, never was a big boy of this style. waited because there was no seat sign and the workers were behind the tresor and walked around. waited 5 minutes, while 2 customers went to a counter to get the tours. Finally, a man asked if we needed something, I answered, we were just never here, did not know what to do, whether to sit or order on the counter. he said someone was with us, we waited 10 minutes, while several tables around us were waiting for various employees. we went out and after we had gone, I called myself to a man who claimed to be manager, explained my situation, he said well that they were gone, so what I wanted him to do, then said that I was s...
My salad arrived first, but my friend's never came. Eventually, my spaghetti was brought out without the garlic bread, and my friend's fish and chips came out without the salad. When the waitress brought my friend's food, she mentioned that she would bring the coleslaw, but my friend had requested a salad. Shortly after, a plate was dropped on our table with what seemed to be the garlic bread - it turned out to be a Grecian roll that had been squished on a flat top, with no butter or garlic. My friend tried the fish, but it was overcooked on the outside, and yellow on the inside, not flaking like it should. She returned the dish and asked for a grilled cheese instead. Thank you big boy. We tried another nearby restaurant and it was too loud and crowded and we had to leave. We came to this big boy and the food was outstanding...exceeding all of our expectations. Very nice waitress. Forget her name had mask with a bling A. We have all gone to big boy restautants for decades. This new location does not have the big boy outside but does serve good food inside.

We came in to meet an old friend here for coffee. The waitress was very you sweet, but once she brought our coffee, never came back to check if we wanted anything or more coffee.Upon leaving, the manager approached us and began chatting. He was the nicest guy. Was so sincere I his Thank you for coming in Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely come back to this location.
I had an AMAZING experience with my family in this restaurant. the customer service was superb! our food was fresh and hot; I have to say, pretty daring delicious. I would like to thank the team and their area manager heather, who was very hospitable and treated my family and I love good friends. Thanks again young, we'll be back!
I have been a long-time fan of Big Boy since I was a child, and this location was exceptional. The restaurant was spotless and looked brand new on the inside. I visited at 12:30 today and the manager personally gave me a tour, showing me some items on the menu. The service was quick and the food was delicious!
we went to big boy and ordered the big boy and fries $10 special. the hamburgers and drinks were good, but the fries were dry, hard and saw old and burned. I was surprised and disappointed. but the type that greeted us and took our order was wonderful so that the 3 stars are for him.
The food was delicious and it's at a great location but terrible customer service. The waitress never came to check on us as we sat a hour waiting for our bill to come. Never offered us refills. Keep in mind the restaurant was empty the whole time and they were filling to go orders.
