The employees who served us could not treat us worse, but since it is possible that they treat you with so much indifference and antipathy, you ask for a price and they look at you badly, they tell you that there are offers on the website or app and that we should ask for it there, we agree place the order but the website does not work, we ask for help, the indifference continues... of course those responsible for the establishment should make a selection of that person in concrete... it should not be treated like that... that is not the attitude, in the end my daughter and I left the premises, without dinner, almost arguing (making them see that this treatment is not correct), and indignant...
I ordered a family pizza on Sunday, half delichees and half bacon with ham. I called to report the situation that the order was in terrible condition for being worth €22, they told me that they would return it to me without a problem, but I did not accept because it took another hour to bring it. I just wanted it to not happen to anyone else again. And worst of all, the manager blamed the delivery man in the middle of assuming his fault. This is the second time this has happened to me.
The truth is that we arrived to eat a little late and we didn't know that they closed at 3:30 p.m. So it was eating in seen and not seen. We ordered a box that came with an individual pizza with 4 small slices, fries and a drink. And a menu with highs that came without to my surprise. The potatoes apart were €4. They didn't even give us napkins and we had to pay for the glasses. It left us much to be desired. The service was polite and took good care of us.
