Love that they have food in addition to boba drinks. The joy pot wasn't anything special nor was it flavorful so I wouldn't get it again. All the other foods (wonton soup, pan fried udon, spicy wontons, fried tofu, braised pork with rice, katsu curry rice) were all very good, not too salty and I love that their dishes have a homecooked quality and taste. My favorite drink is for sure the osmanthus oolong milk tea with panda boba (black and white boba). I love how creamy, refreshing, floral, and flavorful the drink is. This place is always so clean and a good place to study or get some work done since they have WIFI. Would I come back? yes.

I ordered the braised pork egg on rice. It tasted good but the rice was kinda hard. If they cook the rice softer then it'll be perfect. If you dine in, you have scan a QR code to order. It's my first time doing that. I rather have a human take my order.Food: 4/5
?!! The Boba drink is so Gooooood! I had the Carmel Milk Icee Boba with pudding. Super Fast and Friendly service. I love how they have a rewards card. They also had a place to order food. I just got the boba, next time will come back and try other items .

Before coming here I spent a like 20 minutes finding some place that has plugs. After finding this one and trying it out, me and my colleague enjoyed the time here. The food was great and the service was great. Would recommend.
Megan and Christian were super patient and helpful. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a boba shop, hands dooown. Drinks are also really yum here and they do a great job with the sugar levels too.
This place has been my long-time favorite, the quality has never gone down but the sizes of the regular drinks have shrunk : I am sad about that but I still think Ten Ren deserves 5 starsFood: 4/5

Good parking, drinks are bomb, and service is quick af. What more can you ask for? Plenty of tables inside if you wanna chill
