Teppanyaki Grill Supreme Buffet

I seemed to have forgotten why we stopped coming here, and today I remembered why. First time coming back in over a year. I was here with my parents and two small kids.First of all, prices went up as the service and food quality went down. Charging almost $10 for a 3 year old is outrageous! She literally ate 2 pieces of corn and 3 strawberries.The food selection is a lot less than before. There was quite a few things missing since our last visit there.Finally, the service there is the reason for the bad review. During our entire meal the plates kept stacking up and the cups were quickly emptied. Towards the end our waitress finally showed up and cleared the plates and filled our cups. There was really nothing special and it was absolutely the bare minimum. My parents decided to pay for us and gave a 5% tip due to the service. The lady literally came back, and said only 4 dollars?! Give me 4 more! And we were honestly so stunned at her greediness we didn 't know how to reply. Like lady, you barely even serviced us. So after my mom said she 's only leaving 4, the lady huffed away, and walked by and mumbled under breath wow only 4 dollars loud enough for all the tables around us to hear.So we quickly got up and started getting ready to leave, but not before she showed up to clean our table and angrily threw forks and plates on top of eachother while we were still trying to get our coats on.It was seriously so uncomfortable. We decided not to come here again. There are so many better Chinese buffets around and the service is much better.Try Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet, its not that far away.Coming from someone who is a tipper, I still believe that:TIPS ARE EARNED. PEOPLE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO TIP.The end.

Atmosphere, Peaceful. Service, hit or miss. Food, not it. Covid really hit this place hard, and I mean REAL hard. Used to love it here. Amazing hibachi chefs, pho station, chocolate fountain, etc. Now food isn't good, plastic plates, utensils, etc. I hope this place recovers and becomes what it once used to be. Precovid it was what I'd say the best buffet in MN.

Ok food, I honestly kinda like it. Other than the fact that I felt like their staff were watching me the WHOLE time. Kinda weird. We left a $15 tip and the lady started demanding more. She said at least a$20 tip. So if you don't care about leaving more than a $20 tip, and don't mind feeling like you're being watched, I recommend.

Please trust me when I say do not go here. Unless you don't care about your health and like to be treated with 0 respect by the staff. Asking someone to tip for two people should be illegal. Shut this place down.

The food is always a good choice. I truly enjoy going here and bringing other people. They have a nice variety. The waitresses can be not kind at times. But that seems to be hit or miss when I go.
