I went to this restaurant for the first time today. The service was slow, but I don't blame the staff as there seemed to only be one hostess/waitress. It took a long time for our drinks and appetizer to arrive. When the appetizer finally came out, it was wrong - we ordered chips and queso but received chips and guacamole. Even after it was corrected, we still didn't receive the queso and instead got some kind of bean dip. We were planning on ordering food, but by the time the waitress came back, we were too disappointed to stay. We won't be returning.
1st and last time, terrible customer service. my order was accepted, I asked the server to repeat the order to me again, as it did not appear attentive. she repeated it exactly as soon as I got my order to no one the surprise was the order we received wrong. we mentioned very well that we lacked articles from our order. the answer was very rude. we just wanted to eat that we first ordered. of course, after waiting for dinner for an hour. we had lacked food, the customer service was terrible and the quality of eating was best ok.
It’s really concerning that there is a clear and present issue with the person in charge of the food and it’s not being addressed. The food isn’t good, why won’t the owner make a change in the kitchen? I own a food truck that serves authentic Mexican. Taqueria habenero must be taking all of their business because they make authentic Mexican right around the corner
The place looked nice. The drinks are okay, they have some variety of drinks. The food was not as good as i hoped. My quesadilla was missing a whole lot of sides. They only gave us the quesadilla and some small amount of pico which was just tomato and onions and some sour cream.The avocado fries i liked that. It was really good. Réservez une table maintenant
After waiting for a table for 25 minutes, we then waited for 20 more minutes at our table without any service. The waitstaff prioritized taking drink orders from a table that came in after us, neglecting to even acknowledge our presence until they had taken that table's food order. Overall, a disappointing experience. 0/10
the ceviche was really good, personally warns a fan of the Avacadories, but that was more a textur thing than a taste thing for me. cowabunga burrito bowl with marinated steak was also solid, but felt when the marinade was a little salty, but no big complaining. server was excellent, it is worth checking if it already.
This an excellent place, I have been going here for years. The food is really good, the drinks are good, the parking can sometimes be tricky however, I usually find a spot. Taco Tuesday is always fun, the appetizers are good as well. I drive over 30 minutes every Tuesday just to eat at this place, it is well worth it.
One of the best Mexican restaurants around!!The jalapeno poppers were excellent!The chicken and steak fajita was delicious. The portion was so much bigger than I've gotten at Chili's or Fiesta's. The tequila selection is phenomenal!! Service was absolutely perfect!! If you haven't tried them yet you're missing out! Réservez une table maintenant
