I'm not trying to complain, but our experience at this restaurant was terrible. We waited for over 30 minutes from 6-6:30pm without being greeted. We ordered drinks for the table and eventually received them, but we also asked for water that never came. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm, at least 80°. We were given a complimentary sample platter without explanation, which I assume was because we waited so long. It was a nice gesture, but it would have been better if we had something to drink with it. The lighting in the restaurant changed multiple times before we were acknowledged, and there were more staff rearranging furniture than attending to customers. I hope this restaurant can foc...
The restaurant looks nothing like the photos in person. The food and drinks were fine, but I wouldn't recommend going after 6pm as the atmosphere becomes unpleasant. My wife and I had to leave early because she was disrespected by another male, making us feel unsafe. It's better to avoid any potential confrontations in that environment.
The food at this restaurant was excellent and the atmosphere and vibe were good. The customer service was also great!
