While we usually opt for the delicious pizza, today we decided to try the Spaghetti alla Carbonara. It surpassed any other Carbonara we've had in Utah and rivaled the ones we've eaten in Italy; cooked perfectly al dente, creamy, and loaded with bacon. Give it a try, and you'll be hooked.
