Restaurante que hace honor a su estrella Michelin,desde el trato sobresaliente que recibes por parte del servicio como del sabor y originalidad en los platos. Por supuesto que debes probar el menú degustación cuando vayas, que por 56€ tienes un compendio de pases muy variado. Por 20€ más te ofrecen un maridaje de 6 vinos, uno por cada pase. Tienen detalles importantes; nos regalaron un par de vinos olorosos elaborados por ellos. Saldrás de Terra Palencia con una satisfacción enorme, muy recomendable. Precio medio de 60-70€ por comensal.

Nice local, large with good separation of tables and excellent treatment of staff. the waiter who attended us was very friendly and professional and explained the dishes very well. We ask the tasting menu, the contunde and very elaborate, good product and rich (to highlight the brandy trout and the fried egg, cured cheese and soup of nuts and pigs). Good wine menu. ratio quality price excellent. delicious gastronomic experience. repeat and taste new dishes.
