This is my favourite restaurant in Callao the food is excellent and the staff are brilliant. We were a family of 5 and the weather was not great and we were initially seated outside but as it got colder although the place was full inside they made us up an extra table. We had a lovely family evening and with all we could eat from the Tapas menu and drinks all evening the bill came to less than £80 This place used to be very quiet but it’s now becoming very popular so maybe think about booking in advance. The fixtures and fittings may be a bit tired but if the food and service is more important than the fluff then this is the place for you.
The best food in Callao Salvaje! The entrance is between Nebulaand Eden bar and upstairs with lovely views of the sea. It's the only place we've found in this area for authentic, home-cooked tapas. Padron peppers were incredible, meatballs, fried chicken, also really tasty. My daughter is vegetarian, so often has limited options but the Tortilla and spinach croquettes were delicious! Really worth a visit for food and a lovely calm relaxed atmosphere.

Most people think this is part of the Nebula Restaurant and they really should do something with their signage. Rustic 70’s decor but really nice food. Friendly service from Ambrose and his team. Best French fries and sardines in Callao. Give it a try…. Worth the time it takes to find the entrance .
Tried this restaurant after reading the reviews and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very busy but we greeted and found a table easily. We got there early and it was a good job as it was very busy soon after. The food ordered came relatively quickly and was tasty.
