Dreadful , did an online order , was told delivery be 4 to 5 pm , then was texted it be 545 , then another fir 715 pm , 840 pm I phoned customer help to be informed oh your orders cancelled , oh really why’s that I asked , technical issues , what does that even mean , have all the vans broke down .now have to wait 3 to 5 days fir a refund and no offer of a delivery from them today as a way of saying sorry , appalling service
I sat down while my friend was being served at the counter. When a quieter seat became available, I moved so that my friend, who wears hearing aids, could hear better. An assistant approached me and said that I couldn't reserve a seat because I hadn't been served yet. I explained that my friend was currently being served at the counter. The assistant walked away in a not very friendly manner.
I decided to visit the Montrose Tesco this week, thinking that on a rainy day it would be a good idea to have lunch while in the store. We inquired about having brunch but were told rather abruptly that there were no eggs available. Disappointed by the response, we promptly turned around and left. I do not plan on dining at the Tesco cafe again.
Was nice and quiet after an exhausting :o) shopping trip until some members of staff sat at a table near the window. Don't know whether the male assistant was hard of hearing or just very loud but it was very off putting when you are trying to enjoy a decent cappuccino in a peaceful environment !! Stopped in for coffees, asked for two lattes we asked the size of the cups and she showed us them said are you okay with paper cups? Why? We are getting low on china cups and trying to save them! Well give us the ones you’re holding? Sorry no! Sorry then, bye!
Service was slow and I had to attract attention to get somebody to the counter. Not worth the £2:60 for a medium capuccino but I had time to put off before the bus back home.
We stayed in a self-catering holiday home and found this restaurant to be the perfect spot to stock up on supplies for our hungry children and ourselves!
There is a large car park and a very helpful staff and is always busy. Good range of food, clothes and drinks. Typical supermarket itoa busy cafe. Réservez une table maintenant
I dropped in for a coffee and the service was certainly not quick despite the fact that there was hardly a queue. However, the coffee was good.
