Went in tonight for two fish and chips. I was nervous before arriving because I needed one gluten free and lactose free which I realise can cause issues but they were beyond lovely about it all showed me the ingredients list for their gluten free batter so I could be sure it was lactose free. The front of the shop can open because it 's large sliding doors so I waited outside in the sunshine and lovely breeze listening to birds and all the different foods being ordered, thinking oh if I come back maybe I should try that next time . When it was ready they called me up and told me clearly which fish was gluten free. Came home and ate what must be the loveliest fish and chips I 've had in a loo...
Absolute disgraceful. £30+ order and none was friendly! Cheesy chips, that came with only a fingertip full of cheese with freezing cold chips. A battered sausage that was burnt and barely any sausage to eat. A large portion of chips was equivalent to a cone. Absolutely disgraceful prices for food that cannot even be eaten! Curry sauce was watery and bland. It's a shame when you're looking forward too something like this and it has to go in the bin. Will never return. Shocking. Shocking prices and very stinggey portions of fish £6 for a small cod that is barely a mouthful and £12 for a large cod and overcooked chips for £6! Not to mention they never heard of a lamb doner kebab despite they got a lamb doner rotating on the spit roaster! Just had three pieces of fish, most disappointed I can only imagine they had a hard swim before they got to the shop or they were lunchtimes. The one piece was no bigger than a fish finger and all three were dry and very chewy. I have rang through with my disgust and I will give the young lady 10 out of 10 for saying 'sorry about that '

Called in to this chippy as I was on that side of town ...on Friday night at opening...I don't normally do takeaway food but this has sadly confirmed why I don't spend and give local businesses the chance to shine ...in this case not even a sparkle ...hard money earnt for big disappointment...shame!!! Shocking, charged £10.25 for a mixed kebab and I received the scrap ends of chicken kebab and 2 pieces of lamb meat. What a rip off and when asked they just said oh sorry. Don't waste your money with them

I was very disappointed with the hot wings, they where very dry. To top it up my daughter was stood there for ages waiting for her wrap as 5 people got served before her
Delivery service seems to be priority over face to face customers..often don't have in stock what you want..food is lush though Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
