Texas Corral Restaurant

Its a great place as far as Chain steakhouse s go. Tonight I had Salmon...my favorite. It was under cooked so they made me a second one...happily. Which was nice....however it was still undercooked by a min or 2...i just asked for a box and took it home. Sear it in a hot skillet and put it on my salad. I just hope the cook learns to cook it a min longer or so. Everything else was good. Service was Great Danielle was sweet and helpful. The rolls are always great. And the people who designed the bathrooms.....thumbs up to you. As a woman it is hard enough to squat, balance, go and fight a toilet paper dispenser that is under the Disability Helper Bar.....esp when it so close to the floor. The...

Ordered to go. Asked for Medium well steak and received medium rare steak. Had to microwave to cook the blood out because I'm pregnant. Steak was still juicy and tender after 2min microwave. And the baked potatoe and salad was ok. On another order the chicken and dumplings soup was salty and both steaks were under cooked.

great restaurant when hanging in st. joseph am silver beach for a few days, check this place. the whole family will eat and love the environment. not too expensive, good choices from appetizers to burger and beer. I loved it!
